Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Crux mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

License

HOC Techlabs LLP grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Crux App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the App only for lawful purposes
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Not use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the App
  • Maintain the security of your device and account

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by HOC Techlabs LLP and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Data and Privacy

All data created within the App is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit any of your data to our servers. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL HOC TECHLABS LLP BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
